Reverend Canon Stephanie Pellow leads our Choral Eucharist worship on this Seventeenth Sunday in Pentecost, October 5, 2025, with Music Director and Organist Zacharia Dekker, and Lay Reader and Intercessor Audi Geadah Ogley. In Zach’s absence this Sunday he has pre-recorded our service music on keyboard. The lessons are read by Carol McLean (The Book of Lamentations (1:1-6) and Kirk Hearder (The 2nd Letter to Timothy 1:1-14). In Zach’s absence Psalm 137 will be said responsively. The Gospel is from Luke (17:5-10). Our hymns this Sunday: ‘Morning Has Broken’ (Common Praise #3); ‘Dear God, Compassionate and Kind’ (#455); ‘And Now, O Father, Mindful of the Love’ (#66); and, ‘My Faith Looks Up to Thee’ (#551). Being the first Sunday of the month there is the Litany of Healing, when all wishing anointing are invited to the altar rail. All are welcome to the hall for refreshments and conversation following Zach’s pre-recorded Postlude.
