Reverend Canon Stephanie Pellow leads our Choral Eucharist worship on this Fifth Sunday After Epiphany, February 9, 2025. Our Music Director is Zacharia Dekker, and this morning’s Lay Reader and Intercessor is Audi Geadah Ogley. The lessons are read by Patricia Finlayson (The Book of Isaiah 6:1-8) and Greg Finlayson (The 1st Letter to the Corinthians 15:1-11), and the Gospel is from Luke (5:1-11). Zach cantors the verses to Psalm 138, while the congregation responds with, “The Lord will make good his purpose for me”, from the George Black setting. Our hymns this week: ‘Good Christians All, Rejoice’ (Common Praise #153); ‘Will You Come and Follow Me’ (#430); ‘Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence’ (#48); and, ‘How Clear Is Our Vocation, Lord’ (#466). All are invited to the hall for refreshments and conversation following Zach’s Postlude.
