St. John’s is excited and proud to host this male/female Toronto-based chorus who will be performing a charity concert in our church, sponsored by the local chapter of GoGo Grannies, with proceeds to benefit Grandmothers to Grandmothers (G2G) of the Stephen Lewis Foundation, through which African grandmothers care for their orphaned grandchildren. Light refreshments served.

The Marion Singers will delight you with an all-acapella programme directed by Christopher Dawes, the renowned organist, who has frequently contributed his musical skills to the Achill Choral Society’s concerts, among others . “We sing Tudor era, renaissance, baroque, romantic, light opera, gospel, modern. Sacred to secular, serious to silly and anything in between!”
