Reverend David Bryant leads our Choral Eucharist worship on this Twenty-second Sunday following Pentecost, October 25, 2026, with Music Director Zacharia Dekker, and Lay Reader and Intercessor Kirk Hearder. The lessons are read by James Hodder (The Book of Deuteronomy 34:1-12) and Christine Cox (The Letter of Paul to the Thessalonians 2:1-8). Choir member James Hodder cantors the verses to Psalm 90:1-6, 13-17, while the congregation responds with, “From age to age you are God”, from the George Black setting, ‘In the Midst of the Congregation’. The Gospel is from Matthew (22:34-46). Our hymns this Sunday: ‘Let All Things Now Living’ (Book of Common Praise #403); ‘Come Down, O Love Divine’ (#645); ‘Jesus, the Joy of Loving Hearts’ (#70); and as our Recessional, ‘Hail to the Lord’s Anointed’ (#101). All are invited to the hall for refreshments and conversation following Zach’s Postlude.
