Bishop Peter Fenty leads our Choral Eucharist worship on this Transfiguration Sunday, March 2, 2025. Our Music Director is Zacharia Dekker, and this morning’s Lay Reader and Intercessor is Susan Schuschu. The lessons are read by Greg Finlayson (The Book of Exodus 34:29-35) and Chris Cox (The 2nd Letter to the Corinthians 3:12-4:2), and the Gospel is from Luke (9:28-36). Zach cantors the verses to Psalm 99, while the congregation responds with, “The Lord our God is the Holy One”, from the George Black setting. Our hymns this week: ”Tis Good, Lord, to Be Here’ (Common Praise #167); ‘Fairest Lord Jesus’ (#619); ‘Lord, Enthroned in Heavenly Splendour’ (#84); and, ‘Christ Whose Glory Fills the Skies’ (#5). Being the first Sunday of the month there is the Litany of Healing. Any wishing to be anointed will be invited to the altar rail.

All are invited to the hall for refreshments and conversation following Zach’s Postlude.
