We are pleased to welcome Reverend Robin Peasgood as Presider and Preacher for our Choral Eucharist service on this Eighth Sunday in the Pentecost Season. We are pleased as well to welcome back Guest Organist John Charles. Our Lay Reader and Intercessor is Audi Geadah Ogley. The lessons are read by Chris Cox (The 2nd Book of Samuel 6:1-5, 2b-19) and Carol McLean (The Letter to the Ephesians 1:3-14), and the Gospel is from Mark (6:14-29). The Psalm is 24, with the Refrain, “The King of glory shall come in”. Our hymns this week: Seek Ye First (#458 in Common Praise); Christ Is Made the Sure Foundation (#300); Now, My Tongue, the Mystery Telling (#51); and, Praise, My Soul (#381). All are invited to the hall for refreshments and conversation following John’s Postlude.
