PURCHASE OF INTERMENT RIGHTS
The terms and conditions that define this purchase are outlined in detail in the Cemetery By-Laws.
Funds collected for Care & Maintenance are deposited in trust in The Cemetery Fund of the Anglican Diocese of Toronto. Funds are invested to provide revenue that pays for the continuing care and maintenance of the Cemetery and its occupied gravesites.
For interment of a cremation urn in an occupied grave purchased prior to January 1, 1955, a fee of $600 for Care & Maintenance must be paid in advance.
After signing a contract, purchasers have 30 days in which to cancel the contract and receive a full refund for any unoccupied grave. After 30 days, Care & Maintenance charges cannot be refunded and a cancellation fee of 10% of the balance of the contract applies to a maximum of $ 500.

Grave opening service fees are subject to change and will be those in effect at the time that the service is requested. All fees are cited before any applicable taxes like HST.
MONUMENT CARE & MAINTENANCE CHARGES
- Installing a flat marker measuring less than 173 square inches (1116.3 square centimetres): $ 0.00
- Installing a flat marker measuring at least 173 square inches (1116.3 square centimetres): $ 50.00
- Installing an upright monument measuring four (4) feet (1.22 metres) or less in height and four (4) feet (1.22 metres) in length including the base: $ 100.00
- Installing an upright monument measuring more than four (4) feet (1.22 metres) in either height or length including the base: $ 400.00
