Bishop Peter Fenty leads our Choral Eucharist worship on this Sixteenth Sunday in Pentecost, September 28, 2025, with Music Director and Organist Zacharia Dekker, and Lay Reader and Intercessor Audi Geadah Ogley. The lessons are read by Greg Finlayson (The Book of Jeremiah 32:1-3a, 6-15) and Eubert Isaacs (The 1st Letter to Timothy 6:6-19). Zach cantors the verses to Psalm 91:1-6, 14-16, while the congregation responds with, “I will protect you, and bring you to honour”, from the George Black setting. The Gospel is from Luke (16:19-31). Our hymns this Sunday: ‘Rejoice Today with One Accord’ (Common Praise #318); ‘God, My Hope on You Is Founded’ (#529); ‘Now, My Tongue, the Mystery Telling’ (#51); and, ‘God of Grace and God of Glory’ (#577). All are invited to the hall for refreshments and conversation following Zach’s Postlude.
