We welcome back the Reverend Canon Stephanie Pellow to lead our Choral Eucharist worship on this Trinity Sunday, May 26, 2024, with Music Director Zacharia Dekker at the organ and keyboard, and Lay Reader and Intercessor Audi Geadah Ogley. The lessons are read by Todd Hillhouse (The Book of Isaiah 6:1-8) and Chris Cox (The Letter to the Romans 8:12-17), and the Gospel is from John (3:1-17). Zach cantors the verses to Psalm 29, while the congregation responds with, “Ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.”, from the George Black setting. Our hymns this week: Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty (#1 in Common Praise); God, Whose Giving Knows No Ending (#601); and, To God Be the Glory (#.371). The choir anthem in place of the Communion hymn is “Holy, Holy, Holy”, by Pyotr Ilych Tchaikovsky. All are invited to the hall for refreshments and conversation following Zach’s Postlude.
