A Colour Guard and the Parade Commander (Piper) from The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 233, Orangeville (Col. Fitzgerald Branch) join us for this Remembrance Service on November 6, 2022. Our Interim Priest-in-Charge is Reverend David Bryant, and Music Director Zacharia Dekker. Lay reader this week is Stephen Deaves, Crucifer Kirk Hearder, and Readers James Hodder and Jennifer Bryant. Reverend Bryant is Gospeller and Preacher. The Prelude played by Stuart Smart on the euphonium and Zach Dekker at the keyboard is ‘Jerusalem’, composed by Hubert Parry, and Postlude ‘The Holy City’ composed by Michael Maybrick (under his pseudonym Stephen Adams). Members of the Colour Party are Branch President Barry Kimber, Sergeant-at-Arms Bryan Goustos, Parade Commander and Piper Greg Laing, Max Felice, and Phil Woodard-Knight, all of whom are veterans. We are most grateful to them, as we are to our congregant Stuart Smart for once again gracing us with his playing for this service (on both the euphonium and flugabone, or marching trombone). The Anglican Diocese of Toronto. Recording and editing chorister Greg Finlayson.
