Anglicans worship by revitalizing ancient rites and worship forms of the early Church – the first disciples of Jesus.
Eucharist is the primary act of worship at St. John's.
10:00 am every Sunday
This traditional Eucharist combines thanksgiving, praise, prayer and sacramental mystery in an act of worship that has been evolving since the age of the apostles. Hymns, choir, organ music, contemporary language, sung liturgy, ritual and colourful vestments are hallmarks of this beautiful Anglican style of Christian worship.
A time of fellowship follows worship.
Taizé is a lay reader-led contemplative candle-lit service with readings, prayers, silence, and repetitive sung chants. This non-denominational service to which all are invited occurs at 7 pm the last Tuesday of the month from September to November, and January to May.
